About Skyline Piano Studio

Skyline Piano Studio is located in Front Royal, VA, the northern entrance to the beautiful Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. It is owned and operated by Barbara Stepp whose background combines a degree in education with more than 35 years of playing the piano. She has taught piano over the past 25 years to both children and adults, specializing in helping beginners make music for their own enjoyment.

Trained in classical piano, Barbara also holds certifications in "Creative Style Piano Education", "Instant Piano", and "Music Reading for Total Beginners". She plays professionally and volunteers her musical abilities to hospitals, adult care facilities and youth groups. Barbara teaches both the traditional and pop styles of piano playing, including piano workshops for adults and teens too busy for conventional weekly lessons.
